The associated fees to engage in an initial on-site one hour consultation with our Designer is $799+GST payable before the booking is confirmed. This fee pays for the onsite consultation from our designer, and a post onsite quotation price shortly after the concept drawings are completed, this will include a project briefing and an email quotation breakdown will be sent out once the 2D design fee proposal has been accepted. 

Our Designer will then prepare a Design Fee Proposal to draw up the concept 2D plan which normally ranges from $3000 – $6000+GST depending on how much work is required. This is required to refine and further specify all materials and products to be included in the desired scope of landscape works. 

This design drawing also allows for an accurate take off of all materials and associated labour costs for the successful construction of the project and further reinforces the design outcomes for the client provided by our estimators after the concept design handover. Please note we do require a copy of your house blueprints or building plans during the design process.

Yes our company policy requires that we can undertake this for a fee of $499 plus GST without a design – Once the quote is accepted the quotation fee will be credited back.

What the fee includes – There is a two step process which normally takes a minimum of 3-6 hours, our Estimator will visit the site which can take up to 1-2 hours onsite to gain a deeper understanding of your project requirements, after which, we will then prepare a detailed quotation breakdown via email within a few weeks after the site visit.

The site visits are a time consuming process where we check site measurements, laser level heights and overlays if required, consult and discuss the project in more detail and identify areas of the quote. Identify any engineering specifications during the time of the consultation if noted or screen. 

This is followed by a comprehensive and highly detailed costing process where you might be requesting specific material selections, products, construction processes and ideas etc, and this takes considerable time on our part for which we need to charge a fee.

Your first onsite consultation will take around 60 minutes depending on how big your project is and how much you’re hoping to achieve. But you get so much more than an hour of conversation. Once we understand your problems, ideas, needs and tastes we spend whatever time is required researching and developing a report that will bring new life to your project.

Once we’ve done the on-site consultation it takes us a few weeks to create your quotation for the design. We can sometimes accommodate shorter project timeframes.

Once the 2D design quotation has been accepted by the client it takes us around 4 to 6 weeks to produce the concept 2D design, Once plans are completed you’ll receive a comprehensive report including a scope of works from our estimation team with itemised costs and a construction quote to bring your design to life.
